Information We Collect

ToolSuite is built to be privacy-first. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect personal information like your name, email address, or uploaded documents as a condition of using our tools. Whenever possible, ToolSuite tools run directly in your browser, meaning the text you paste and the files you work with are processed on your device.

Because many tools operate client-side, ToolSuite does not receive, store, or retain the content you enter into tools (for example, the text you analyze or the data you format). If we ever introduce tools that require server processing, we will clearly disclose it within the tool interface and limit data handling to what is necessary to provide the feature.

Cookies

ToolSuite uses a small set of cookies or local storage entries to keep the site functional and convenient. For example, we may store your dark mode preference so the website remembers your theme selection the next time you visit. This preference storage is considered essential for the user experience and does not identify you personally.

ToolSuite may also display ads through Google AdSense. AdSense may set cookies to measure ad performance, limit the number of times you see an ad, and (where permitted) personalize ads based on your interests. You can control ad personalization through Google’s ad settings and your browser privacy controls.

Third-Party Services

ToolSuite may use third-party services to support the website and keep it free. The primary third-party service we may integrate is Google AdSense for advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this or other websites, and may use information such as device identifiers and browser signals to support ad delivery and reporting.

If personalized advertising is enabled in your region, Google may show ads tailored to your interests. Where required by law, you will be presented with consent choices for advertising cookies. You can also opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings. Third-party privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Data Security

Security is a core design principle at ToolSuite. Most ToolSuite tools process content locally in your browser, which reduces the risk associated with transmitting sensitive text or files to a server. As a result, files are not uploaded to ToolSuite for the vast majority of use cases, and processing results remain on your device.

No system is perfect, and your own device security and browser configuration matter. We recommend keeping your browser up to date and avoiding shared or public devices when working with confidential content.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have privacy rights under laws such as the GDPR (European Economic Area) and the CCPA/CPRA (California). These rights can include the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal data, and the right to opt out of certain data uses such as targeted advertising.

Because ToolSuite generally does not collect personal data from tool inputs, there may be limited personal information for us to provide, correct, or delete. If you believe a third-party service (such as an advertising provider) has processed data through our site, you can also exercise rights directly with that provider through their privacy controls.
